11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mycosoft Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Software Development Projects: Once development work has commenced, refunds are not available. Cancellation may be permitted before project kickoff, subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Website Design and Mobile App Development: If canceled within 5 days of payment, a partial refund (minus a 20% administrative fee) may be issued. After 5 days or once work begins, no refunds are possible.
Graphic Design Services: Orders canceled within 24 hours may qualify for a full refund. After initial concepts are delivered, refunds are not available.
Monthly Services (e.g., hosting, maintenance): May be canceled at any time. No refunds for partial months.
